Payment Options-

If you place an order direct via email, telephone or Facebook/ Instagram messenger, I will send you an invoice (via email) to request payment. Payment by Bank Transfer please.

Please check all items listed on the invoice are as per your requirements.

Full payment of invoice is required before I begin processing your order.

If you would prefer to pay by debit or credit card, please place your order via my website.

Shipping/ Delivery & Collection Options-

If you are Stockport based, you are welcome to collect for free at an agreed time & date. The address for collection is 10 Granby Road, Great Moor, SK2 6ET.

Standard shipping for UK orders is Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class.

Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery. 

Shipping Upgrades are available on request.

Personalised Embroidery Orders-

A pdf preview of how your embroidery will look, will be sent to you for comment/ approval prior to stitching. No embroidery will commence until I have received written approval.

Please ensure you check your preview carefully for correct spellings, details and colours.

No refunds will be given if changes are requested by the customer once embroidery has commenced or completed.

DIY Embroidery Kits-

Please note: Embroidery kits contain long threads, sharp needles and pins. Please supervise / keep out of the reach of children when sewing.

If you place an order and change your mind, you are welcome to request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds will be given once I have commenced work on your order.
Returns & Exchanges-
Due to the majority of my items being personalised, unless they arrive damaged or defective, no refunds will be given. In the unlikely event of items arriving damaged or defective:
– Please contact me within 14 days of delivery of your item
– Dispatch items back to me within 21 days of delivery
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
