Sewing Club Projects

Every half term we try a different type of sewing project. This includes learning new stitches, using different fabric types and changing from 2D to 3D projects. All sewing projects are based on the principle that we design them ourselves on paper first. This way, children learn to develop their design skills as well as their sewing skills.

They will finish each half term with their own unique keepsakes to bring home.

This Term’s Projects-

Spring 1- We will be sewing our own handprint designs using large embroidery hoops

Spring 2- We will be sewing our rainbow designs learning a few different stitches along the way

Places are limited to 8 pupils per session and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
