SINGLE CLASS Projects-
Children will be stitching their own decorations using felt to see if they enjoy sewing and would like to come to Saturday Sewing Club on a regular basis. There is no pressure to join after the trial, just come along and see how they get on!
Who runs the class?
I’m Kelly, an Embroidery Designer and Tutor and I specialise in teaching children (and Grown-Ups!) how to embroider their own artwork.
I’ve been embroidering children’s drawings and loved one’s handwriting on my embroidery machine at home since 2014.
In 2022, I decided to venture out and started teaching classes at various venues in Stockport for Adults and Children. I now run regular Sewing Club Classes privately and in Schools. I am fully insured with an enhanced DBS certificate.
The recommended age for children attending my Saturday Sewing Club Classes is 7+ years old
Please note-
This session is a group activity for up to 8 children sewing in total. It is not individual tuition so children must be comfortable learning in a group setting. Parents are encouraged to stay on the premises and enjoy a drink, cake or breakfast upstairs in the main Coffee Shop area. The class will be held in the basement level meeting room, with direct access to a toilet.
All materials and equipment needed will be provided during the class.
Class Date | 11th November, 18th November, 25th November, 4th November |
