Then my Sewing Club Classes have been designed with them in mind!

Who runs the class?

I’m Kelly, an Embroidery Designer and Tutor and I specialise in teaching children (and Grown-Ups!) how to embroider their own artwork.

I’ve been embroidering children’s drawings and loved one’s handwriting on my embroidery machine at home since 2014.

In 2022, I decided to venture out and started teaching classes at various venues in Stockport for Adults and Children. I now run regular Sewing Club Classes privately and in Schools. I am fully insured with an enhanced DBS certificate.

Summer Holiday Classes

Depending how many sessions children are attending, I have a project to suit-

For children attending 1 Class (2 hours)- Choose to design and sew your own Drink Coaster Mat, Felt Patch or Keyring. Most children usually complete these within 2 hours.

For children attending 2 or more Classes (4 hours +) – Choose to design and sew your own drawings, handprints or a rainbow. Or of course, you could do 2 or more of the smaller projects.

Multiple Class Bookings- If you wish to book your child onto more than 1 Class during the Holidays, please add each class separately to your basket and then just checkout once you have selected all the dates you would like.

Booking for more than 1 Child- If you are booking more than 1 child onto a Class, you can add additional Children by amending the Quantity in the box below where you type their name and age.

Recommended Age-

The recommended age for children attending my Holiday Sewing Club Classes is 7+ years old

Please note-

This session is a group activity for up to 8 children sewing in total. It is not individual tuition so children must be comfortable learning in a group setting. Parents are encouraged to stay on the premises and enjoy a drink, cake or breakfast upstairs in the main Coffee Shop area, but you are welcome to drop off as long as you provide me with your emergency contact details. The class will be held in the basement level meeting room, with direct access to a toilet. 

Refunds & Cancellation Policy-

• Please note that places are non-refundable once booked. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to a friend. Please just text or email me their details so that I know who to expect at the class. My contact details can be found here- Contact Details
